Cxbladder test reports provide actionable results that are intended to aid in the detection of Urothelial Carcinoma (UC) when used in conjunction with standard clinical assessment.
Each report provides a validated Cxbladder score based on the measured quantity of biomarkers.
Cxbladder Triage Plus Results Interpretation

The Cxbladder Triage score ranges from 0.0 to 1.0.
LOW Probability (< 0.15): An NPV of 99.4% for scores <0.15. Low probability of UC.
INTERMEDIATE Probability (0.15 ≤ score < 0.54): A sensitivity of 93.6% and a specificity of 90.8% for scores ≥ 0.15 and < 0.54. Increased probability of UC.
HIGH Probability (≥ 0.54): A PPV of 74.6% for scores > 0.54 with a specificity of 98.2% in the validation cohort. High probability of UC.
Cxbladder Detect Results Interpretation
The Cxbladder Detect score ranges from 0.00 to 1.00.
NORMAL Gene Expression Score (< 0.12): A score of <0.12 has a Negative Predictive Value (NPV) of 97%. Low probability of UC.
ELEVATED Gene Expression Score (0.12 ≤ score < 0.23): A score of 0.12 ≤ score < 0.23 has an NPV of 94%. Low probability of UC, however a change in the pattern of gene expression of the biomarkers from what is normal suggests further clinical evaluation
HIGH Gene Expression Score (≥ 0.23): A score of ≥ 0.23 has a Positive Predictive Value (PPV) of 68%. High probability of UC.
Cxbladder Monitor Results Interpretation

A Cxbladder Monitor score of <3.5 has a Negative Predictive Value (NPV) of 97%, and sensitivity of 93%. This indicates a low probability of recurrent UC.
A Cxbladder Monitor score of ≥ 3.5 indicates that a clinician-directed protocol to determine the presence of recurrent UC, is warranted.
The report tracks Cxbladder Monitor scores over time.
