Cxbladder Triage Plus for Hematuria Evaluation

Triage Plus is a next generation Cxbladder test with added DNA markers to enhance the risk stratification of patients presenting with hematuria¹. Requiring a urine sample only – no patient factors - the test helps clinical teams optimize practice workflow and focus resource on high risk patients and procedures. 

• With 99% NPV, Triage Plus increases the rate of UC rule out in patients with a low probability of disease, allowing you to defer those patients who do not stand to benefit from an invasive cystoscopy.
• With high specificity and PPV (98% and up to 75% at the higher 0.54 cut point on the Test Report), Triage Plus enables the identification of high-risk patients.

Triage Plus builds on the performance of Cxbladder Triage, a test now included in the AUA/SUFU Microhematuria Guideline³, supported with "Grade A" evidence from the STRATA randomized controlled trial⁴.

Cxbladder Monitor for NMIBC Surveillance

• Cxbladder Monitor is a non-invasive surveillance alternative that can reduce the burden of repeated cystoscopy in NMIBC patients with a low risk of recurrent UC, improving comfort and compliance.
• In suitable cases following the most recent confirmed diagnosis of UC (> 9 months), Monitor can alternate with cystoscopy to de-intensify surveillance.

Monitor may be used to replace cystoscopy in patients with no recurrence long term (low risk 3+ years, high risk 5+ years).

The authors of a recent study published in the Journal of Urology concluded: “Patients strongly preferred CxbM (Cxbladder Monitor) over cystoscopy, providing less pain, more convenience, and improved satisfaction while maintaining comparable diagnostic performance, quality of life, and fear of cancer recurrence. Incorporating CxbM into NMIBC surveillance may enhance patient adherence and experience without compromising oncologic safety.”
