Will my insurance cover the cost of the test?

  • Patients covered by Medicare/ Medicare Advantage are only responsible for their deductible or co-insurance.
  • Pacific Edge Diagnostics accepts all commercial insurance.
  • Your insurer should send you a written Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to show the payment status of the claim – this is not a bill. The majority of commercially insured patients will have an out-of-pocket expense of $295 or less.
  • Pacific Edge Diagnostics does not perform prior authorizations.
  • While billing policy can change, all updates will be included on this page at the time they are made.

Can I pay online?

What if I have a question about my Cxbladder bill?

Please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-855-292-5237, Option 1, rather than calling your provider as they will not be able to answer questions about your specific claim.
